Hold Side kick 30 seconds L&R

25x Turning kicks L&R

20x push ups 20x sit ups, 20x squats


Close stance, forefist angle punch

L stance reverse knifehand middle block

L stance, reverse middle punch

Rear foot stance, palm upward block

Fixed stance, U shape block

Low stance, palm presssing block

Walking Stance X-fist pressing block, Upper elbow strike, Twin fist vertical punch, Twin fist upset punch (These techniques are performed individually)


Kicking techniques
Upward kick, Jumping back kick, Jumping downward kick, Double turning kick,

Front snap kick & side piercing kick (consecutive)
Reverse turning hook kick
