Physical Competence
Hold Side kick 30 seconds L&R

50x Turning kicks L&R

20x push ups 20x sit ups, 20x squats, 10x tuck jumps


Close stance, side front block

Sitting stance, palm pushing block

L stance, upward punch

Fixed stance punch, pulling to vertical stance downward knifehand strike

Sliding to L stance, side elbow thrust


Kicking techniques

Back kick, double side piercing kick

Downward kick, Side piercing kick (Consecutive)

Jumping reverse turning kinck 360

Reverse hook kick, turning kick (Consecutive)

Additional kicking combinations (Examiners discretion)
